Gregory Peck and Mary Badham as Atticus and Scout Finch in the movie adaptation of Harper Lee's To Kill A Mockingbird.
One of my favourite movies of ALL time. The book? I remember having to read it for my Lit GCSEs and absolutely falling IN LOVE with all the characters. Scout reminded me so much of myself as a kid: Wide eyed and full of all sorts of wild ideas...
*Not much has changed there though. I'm still over excited and let my imagination run amok most times.
The characters were just too shweet! And poor ole' Boo Radley...
P.S: If you haven't read To Kill A Mockingbird, I strongly suggest you do. Very gripping tale of racism and life in the 30s. Vivid, compelling imagery about a little insular town in Northern America.
Or, watch the movie, if you're lazy. But I recommend the book!
“You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view. Until you climb into his skin and walk around in it.”
Excerpt from the book
Oooh... Picture taken off Tumblr.
MY tumblr, to be exact. Haaa! I know what you're thinking, I joined the bad band wagon. But it's summer, or at least when England decides to realise this it will be. And such things are allowed.
I quite like it you know; Tumblr! (click the link above to have a gander if you'd like! )
Okay. Enough.
Toodles!
